Lipoland makes hook-and-loop learning games by hand in Ukraine and ships them worldwide for free.

Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and already include shipping. You pay online by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment provider Hutko. The charge is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the day of your order; your bank converts it into your currency and may apply its own conversion fee. Orders are paid in full (100%) before we start making them.
Shipping
- Free worldwide shipping on every order.
- We make your game by hand after payment — usually within 1–5 business days.
- We send it by international mail and email you when it's on its way. Delivery time depends on your country.
- Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient.
Returns
- You can return an unused game within 14 days of delivery: pages and fasteners intact, all pieces included.
- For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- If a game arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, email us a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full at our cost.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 2–7 business days after we receive the game.
Privacy
We use your name, contacts and address only to make and deliver your order and to reply to you. We share them only with the payment provider and the postal carrier, and never sell them. Card details are handled by the payment provider — we never see them. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email hello@lipoland.fun.
